The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager HSE Governance and Systems, The Senior Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Systems and Performance Analyst is responsible for the delivery of the HSE performance monitoring and reporting, data quality, and data analytics programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate the delivery of Powerlink’s program of HSE performance reporting deliverables, including designing complex reports and processes, undertaking data verification activities, and driving self-service monitoring capability.
  • Build and deliver a HSE Data Analytics Program that manages data and monitors, identifies and reports on HSE trends to facilitate key HSE learnings and improvement outcomes.
  • Build, deliver and maintain a HSE Data Quality Program to deliver data integrity outcomes.
  • Monitor business use of HSE related systems and provide training and coaching on HSE systems issues
  • Participate in the auditing of HSE Management Systems and support the coordination of the review and update of HSE Management System documentation.

About you

  • Degree level qualifications incorporating data analytics and/or mathematics and/or database management (Business, Health, Safety and Environment)
  • Advanced qualifications in Microsoft Office Suite, Database Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in the administration of HSE software and developing and/or maintaining HSE data systems.
  • Proven experience in delivering HSE performance reporting, data management and analytics.
  • Experience in HSE assurance activities.
