Technigro is recruiting for a Natural Areas Team Leader to lead a team within our beautiful natural area contracts in Central and South Brisbane.

What you will be responsible for:

• Liaise with the Supervisor to ensure the delivery of our contract
• Participate in the completion of work with teams in the field for eg. weed identification, spraying, chain sawing, brush cutting etc. 
• Complete audits, inspections and reports 
• Lead the team in ensuring tasks are completed in line with contractual requirements with fantastic results 

About you:

• Experience in bushland/natural areas restoration or vegetation
• Experience leading a team or the ability to step into a leadership role
• Cert III in Eco and Conservation Land Management or similar
• Current ACDC license 
• Current First Aid certificate 
• Current drivers license
• Excellent time management, communication and people skills
• A desire to produce high quality, usable spaces for the community
• Focus on safety of self and others
