Location: Parramatta (preferred), may consider other locations in NSW where we have a WaterNSW office on a case-by-case basis
Salary: From $150,332 base + super
Tenure: Full-Time, Permanent
hat we are looking for:?
- A strong desire to contribute your skills and expertise to our business
- Someone who is of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent / identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and is accepted as such by the community in which they were born, has lived or currently lives
- A commitment to promoting and preserving Aboriginal culture and value
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or substantial asset management experience and training combined with a related Advanced Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication, people management and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to apply structured thinking and communications to articulate the linkages between strategy, technology and operations
- Experience developing, maintaining and improving Asset Management, Scheduling and Mobility Solutions
- Experience in managing digital products and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (E.g. Dynaway, PowerPlan, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Experience in whole of life asset management, within the context of an Asset Management System or Framework
- Nice to Have: Program lifecycle experience working for a global digital/ business consultancy or large IT transformation program

What you will work on:
- Lead a team of EAMs Application Specialists / Analysts and partner with Operations SME’s and Digital to co-create the digital product strategy including lifting adoption rates and opportunities to ensure alignment with Operations Portfolio Business Plan and Digital Roadmap
- Partner with stakeholders to establish efficient systems and data change management, governance, clear user requirements and activate product strategies that support the delivery of the Operations Portfolio Business Plan
- Deliver BAU outputs such as defect fixes, upgrades, system interfaces as well as product transformations to achieve core KPIs in alignment with user requirements
- Facilitate customer-centric and data-driven decisions that assist in effective backlog grooming and prioritisation
- Drive the adoption of new solutions and associated tools across the Operations portfolio and keep up to date with the latest features, technologies, and trends
