Western Water Solutions provides comprehensive water treatment solutions for a wide range of industries and application areas. Industries we service include Healthcare, Municipal, Mining, Industrial Manufacturing and more. Application areas we service include potable water, process water, CSSD AS5369, laboratory & ultrapure water, cooling towers and closed loops. 

About the role

Working alongside the company Director, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of Western Water Solutions. 
• Managing Western Water Solutions water treatment contracts across Australia. 
• Assisting in the Management of various Western Water Solutions projects across Australia.
• Assisting with project management throughout the whole process, starting from the design & bidding stage and continuing until the project handover. This will require frequent meetings with suppliers and our clients to guarantee the timely and cost-effective delivery of our projects.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to target various markets within the Australian Water Treatment Sector.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of Western Water Solutions Policies and Procedures.
• Undertaking servicing of various water treatment plant technologies from time to time. 
• Partaking in regular training sessions for personal development. 
• Occasional travel will be required. 

About you

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Water Treatment industry is required. 
• Mechanically minded individual with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to function independently while also collaborating effectively in a team setting. 
• Proven track record of effective time management.
• Must have a current Australian manual driver's license. 
• Willingness to undertake regular training programs.
• Basic computer literacy skills such as using Microsoft programmes.
• Hold or pass a Working with Children and Police Check.
