Product Manager, Water Treatment

Waterco, a leading innovator in the pool and spa industry, is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team. You'll be a strategic leader, owning the entire product lifecycle for our water hygiene and pool chemical solutions, from concept to market leadership.

In this role, you'll:

• Be a Strategic Visionary: Define and execute product roadmaps, aligning them with market trends and customer needs.
• Champion Innovation& redesign, rebrand : Drive new and rebrand of  products from ideation to commercialization, managing R&D, pricing, packaging with APVMA standards, and digital marketing.
• Category Management: sourcing and managing overseas vendors for chemicals, parts and equipment
• Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with out internal team R&D, Engineering, and Sales teams to develop cutting-edge solutions.
• Technical CX support : Liaise with sales teams and customers to ensure product satisfaction and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain Accuracy: Ensure technical documentation and marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date.

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven Product Management Expertise: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience, ideally within the pool & spa or water treatment industry (a plus!).
• Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to launch and grow new products.
• Solid Category Management experience in Chemicals solutioning and vendor management
• Market Savvy: Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Communication : Excellent  and timely communication, and interpersonal skills to "translate" technical jargon for non-technical audiences
• Thrives in a Busy role: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Bonus Points for:

• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of water treatment products for domestic and commercial use, including chemicals, equipment, media, salt chlorinators, pumps, and filters.
